SealBags are designed for durability, convenience, and secure storage. However, SealBags does not guarantee protection against damage to any items placed inside the product. By using SealBags, customers acknowledge the following terms:

1. Limited Warranty – SealBags warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies solely to the physical product and does not extend to any items stored within.
2. No Liability for Contents – SealBags is not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration of items placed inside the bags. Customers assume all risks associated with storing delicate, fragile, perishable, or valuable items in SealBags.
3. Proper Use & Care – While SealBags are designed for rugged and reliable performance, customers must use them appropriately. Excessive force, exposure to extreme conditions, or misuse may impact functionality and are not covered under this warranty.
4. Warranty Claims – In the event of a manufacturing defect, customers may request a replacement or refund within the warranty period. However, SealBags does not offer compensation for damages to stored items or any incidental losses incurred.
5. Acknowledgment of Terms – By purchasing and using SealBags, customers acknowledge and agree to this warranty and liability disclaimer. SealBags shall not be held responsible for indirect, consequential, or accidental damages related to product usage.
