The waterproof zipper is intentionally tight. That resistance is what creates the submersible seal, so expect it to take a firm pull. It is a feature, not a flaw.

Great thick material
This pouch is definitely water proof. The material uses is very high quality. It's thick, water resistant, wipes le and keeps the water out. I have to stress this material is fantastic. I was rest assured this pouch is waterproof. I've does water on it and it kept everything dry, nothing out through. Has plenty of space. Perfect size. The zipper can be a little tough at right a little lube and its good to go. Its a good quality zipper too. Overall a good value for the money and would recommend

Not as Rugged
like the idea of this pouch, but it feels less heavy-duty in person than the listing suggests. The material is noticeably thinner than it looks in the photos, so I was expecting something more substantial.
The waterproof-style zipper is also pretty difficult to open and close. I understand that a tight seal requires some resistance, but this takes enough effort that quick access isn't particularly convenient.
The size and shape are useful, and I like the wide opening and compression buckles. It's also lightweight and doesn't add much bulk to a bag.
Verdict: Functional for organizing and protecting gear, but the thin material and difficult zipper were disappointing. I expected a more rugged feel for something marketed toward outdoor and field use.

Sturdy waterproof bag that feels worth the price
This is a very nice waterproof pouch and feels considerably more substantial than a typical fabric organizer. The material is thick and has a slightly rigid feel that helps the bag keep its shape, while still being flexible enough to pack with different types of gear.
The zipper and opening feel sturdy, and the bag gives me much more confidence carrying things that I do not want exposed to water, dust, or dirt. There is a good amount of usable space inside for electronics, cables, tools, first-aid supplies, or other small items, without the bag becoming overly bulky.
I also like the simple black design. It looks clean and practical rather than flashy, and the attachment points make it easy to hang or carry with other gear. The construction feels like it should hold up well for camping, travel, a vehicle emergency kit, or general storage.
This costs more than a basic pouch, but the heavier waterproof construction makes a noticeable difference. In this case, I think it is worth the price.

Solid build, fully waterproof, and gives real peace of mind for keeping gear dry
I picked up this waterproof tactical pouch mainly because I wanted something I could trust in situations where keeping small gear dry actually matters when traveling about in the great outdoors. After testing it, I'm really impressed with how well it handles water. I fully submerged it, held it under for a bit, and when I opened it up afterward there wasn't even a hint of moisture inside. The zipper has a tight, almost firm feel when you pull it, but that makes sense once you see the rubber-like lining that runs along it. That lining seems to be doing a lot of the heavy lifting for the waterproofing.
It also comes with a small tube of gel that serves two purposes: helping the zipper glide more smoothly and adding that extra sealing assurance. The material of the pouch itself feels durable in a way that makes me confident tossing it into a bag without worrying about it getting crushed, punctured or compromised. Small enough to be easily portable, but still had a decent amount of space inside.
For my use, this is exactly what I wanted—something I can rely on to keep whatever I put inside completely dry. Based on how it performed, I feel comfortable using it for first-aid gear or anything else I really don't want getting wet.

Great waterproof bag
This pouch is a decent size and great for protecting your valuables during water activities. I recently took this with me on a cruise and put all the cruise documents to include my passports inside to guarantee their safekeeping. It rained one day on an outing and everything was kept completely dry in my backpack which was soaked. The waterproof zipper is smooth and easy to open and close with a large zipper pull. Perfect travel bag!
I recently got this and gave it to my boyfriend and he thought that it was absolutely the perfect toiletry bag for the beach and traveling. The SealBags tactical EDC pouch is made of a thick, silicone-like material that is waterproof and dust-resistant—a trait that we both love as you don't have as dust/sand doesn't stick to it at all. The bag is also much bigger than we expected. You can easily fit all of your essential toiletries and more into this. wow, really waterproof
This bag really surprised me. It does hold a good amount of thing, and snaps down securely on the sides. The zipper is reinforced with silicone seals and it really does lock moisture out or in depending how you use it. I am intending to use this for my travel art kit so that I can tuck all of my wet supplies into this bag and keep the rest of my bag safe and dry. pPerfect for watercolor or gouache or even acrylics

Excellent waterproof bag
Excellent option to keep your gear dry. The bag is slightly larger than a standard toiletry bag, which definitely is large enough to fit, most electronics, wallets, maps, etc. The material is extremely durable I dont see anyone being able to rip this bag under normal or even a emergency situation. The waterproofing of this bag is fantastic absolutely no issues or even slight moisture inside. Great bag that will not disappoint.

Very sturdy waterproof bag from SealBags. This has a very strong and secure leakproof zipper on the pouch, which helps defend the contents from water intrusion. You have to make sure you pull the zipper all the way back to ensure that it makes contact, otherwise water will leak in. The pouch itself is made of very durable material, that appears to be puncture resistant. This is quite large, larger than I had expected, and I like that it is all black. The front patch has velcro on it, allowing you to customise the front with your own patch if you so desire. I like the buckles on the side, so you can attach this to a different piece of gear if you need to. Overall rather impressed, and my husband was too. Look forward to using this when we are going to be out in the wet to keep our sensitive items dry.

I was impressed with the quality of this waterproof field kit. Great
We took this bag kayaking recently. My son splashes a lot when kayaking and nothing in the bag got wet. We haven't submerged it yet but I think it will actually float since it traps in the air. I live the material which is so easy to clean. The zipper is a bit difficult to pull close but I think it's just because it needs to be tight to keep the water out. I've only had fold and clip waterproof bags before this one. A great addition to our camping and boating supply.

Doesn't get much better than this.
I've tried a few of these SealBags waterproof bags before and they're always impeccably designed and built. Everything is just perfect, it's really nice. Very sturdy, but extremely light, with capabilities normal field pouches just couldn't do. This floats, it's waterproof, and from what I've seen here, it's air tight. At the end of the night, you could empty it out and use it as a pillow, it's very comfortable.
I use this particular pouch for field electrical work tools that are very water sensitive, it's nice to know that even if it starts raining out of nowhere, as long as they are in the bag and the bag is closed, they'd be fine through a monsoon.
There is a tube of lubricant included and it works great with the zipper. Be aware that it does leave some blemishes on the surface of the pouch though, they look like shiny scuffs that don't hurt anything but they break that flat black look a little bit so try to avoid getting it on the pouch surface if you can.

Water resistant, not waterproof
Just like my title says, this bag is water resistant and not waterproof. There is a big difference between the two. That doesn't make this bag bad, it's just mislabeled. This seals via a very tight tolerance plastic zipper. There is a little tube of lubrication to help the zipper open/close a little easier.
This bag is great to use to take to the beach, river, lake, or on a boat to help keep things dry and semi safe. I say semi-safe as this is a soft bag and offers no protection other than from getting wet. It's very lightweight and the material seems very durable. My only concern is how much time until the plastic zipper wears down and no longer gives a water resistant seal. I do think that you'll get your money's worth of use from it before the zipper fails. This brings me to it's price point. If you use this on a daily or very frequent basis, it'll only wear out that much faster. I would rather see this sell for around the $18-22 price range and not $30 it is currently.
Overall, I like the appearance and function of this bag. It offers a lot of volume to hold things that you don't want to get wet and it has built in clip points on either side of the bag so you can more easily attach it to a backpack or suitcase or even a baby stroller. The zipper is the weakest link in my opinion but you wouldn't know it as it is stiff and takes a solid pull to get it opened but at least you know it won't open on accident while moving about.

Ok, but not well thought out.
This waterproof field kit is made from highly durable material and plastic furniture. It has a watertight zipper with a tube of lubricant that is both stiff and keeps water out. I submerged this bag with paper towels inside for a couple of minutes, and it did not leak. The plastic furniture is relatively cheap, and I do not expect it to last long. The bag itself is semi-rigid and has a decent capacity for its size. The attachment of an American flag to the exterior via Velcro was somewhat pointless, but I understand they want to call this tactical, which requires some sort of Velcro attachment. Having said that, I think it's a pointless exercise that's just increased the price.
I can see this bag being used in the field as a pouch for emergency supplies such as fire starters and the like. I cannot see it being used as a shaving kit bag, as it is too rigid and hard to get into. Overall, I have to say that it is a nice bag, an average value at the price point, and an OK choice if you want a waterproof bag of this size.

Rugged Waterproof Gear Bag
I picked up this waterproof bag because I previously ordered a smaller one that I really liked. I use that one to carry my Osmo Pocket camera and accessories, so I wanted a larger version. This bag is about twice the size and gives me a lot more room for gear.
I really like the side buckles because they add some versatility, allowing you to clip the bag to other gear or even a stationary object. My only real complaint is that this version doesn't include a strap like my smaller bag, which doubles as a carry handle. I definitely miss having that option.
The waterproof zipper is stiff, but that's expected with a bag designed to create a watertight seal. My other bag has held up great, so I don't have any concerns about durability.

Waterproof Material, But the Design Needs Work
I had mixed feelings about this waterproof pouch. The exterior material is really nice. It feels durable, is completely waterproof, and should be easy to wipe clean if it gets dirty. The bag itself is a decent size for toiletries, travel essentials, or even a small first aid kit.
Where this lost points for me was the overall design. The zipper is extremely stiff and difficult to open. It even comes with a small tube of silicone lubricant, which I assume is intended for the zipper. I've never had a toiletry bag include lubricant just so I could comfortably open and close it, and that wasn't something I expected on a product at this price point.
I also found several design features confusing. There's a removable Velcro flag on the front, a Velcro panel underneath it, and clips on each side of the bag, but without a handle or strap included, I wasn't really sure what purpose those features served. The inside is also very basic with no interior or exterior pockets for organizing smaller items.
The waterproof construction is definitely the highlight, and the overall quality of the material is good. I just expected more functionality and a smoother user experience for a $30 travel pouch.
